Food & Exercise Log - 1/5/2009

TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED: 1,430 calories

  • 11:00am - Little nibbles and snacks at workplace (200 cals)
  • 1:00pm - Small Mesquite Chicken @ Quiznos (510 cals), Bag of Sunchips (210 cals)
  • 4:00pm - 2 sugar cookies (160 cals) & 3 peppermint patties (110 calories)
  • 8:00pm - Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli, Cheddar Cheese Sauce (240 calories)
EXERCISE
25 songs DDR (difficult)
I'm proud of myself. I was really struggling with the idea of getting up to exercise, but I finally forced myself to do it. I told myself, "Do just 10 songs," but I got done with 10 and thought, "I could do 15." I got done with 15, and figured I could do 20. I thought I would really be done by the time I got to 20, but then I did 5 more. I am glad that I pushed myself to do more. Plus, I am getting better at the game. It's getting easier and I am starting to get better grades on the songs. It's a good game for me because I am a super competitive person. So, having a goal and trying to get better grades and more points is just perfect.
